program. The program will include a variety of experiences
to further develop your engineering skills and assist in helping
you to achieve accreditation within your professional industry

and Development
We
aim to provide you with training to develop and enhance
your current skills in the following key areas:- Technical training – We
will develop your technical skills through site
visits, on the job learning, seminars,
workshops, in-house training, formal courses and technical
groups.
- Project
skills – On the job training will provide
an understanding of key organisational skills, financial
skills
and time management.
- Personal
development – We endeavour to assist
in the development of your corporate, communication,
presentation
and self-learning skills.

We aim to develop graduates with a broad skill base. This ensures that you will
be exposed to a large variety of work, from site work to structural analysis.

Consulting
Skills Development
Working under real bridges is all part of the job as a Texcel consultant. This
is complimented by the work undertaken in our office, which provides a deeper
understanding of the issues facing structural engineers today. |

Accreditation
and Mentoring
Support and assistance is provided to encourage and help each graduate achieve
professional accreditation. Mentoring is also encouraged and each graduate will
be offered assistance from more experienced employees for particular issues. |

Shared
Knowledge
We understand that the sharing of knowledge is critical for your engineering
development. Technical knowledge and experience is openly shared in group discussions
and day-to-day interaction. |
